1. Registration

By registering, the client enters into a binding contract with the tour operator. Registrations can be made via email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or in writing. For group bookings, each participant must be individually listed and sign the registration. The contract is finalized once the booking confirmation is sent via email or other channels. If the confirmation differs from the initial registration, it constitutes a new offer, which the client must accept within 10 days to confirm the booking.

2. Payment

• Individual Bookings: A 20% deposit is required to confirm the reservation, with the balance due upon bike collection.
• Group and Tour Bookings: A 20% deposit is required to secure the reservation, with full payment due 60 days prior to the start of the tour.

3. Services and Prices

All services included are outlined in the tour description. Prices may change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, taxes, or transport costs. Any price adjustments are only valid if the contract is signed more than four months before the tour. If the price increase exceeds 10%, the client may cancel the booking within 10 days and receive a full refund.

4. Service Modifications

The operator reserves the right to make minor modifications to the itinerary (such as changes to routes or accommodations) due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions. Major changes will only be made if unavoidable and will not alter the core nature of the tour.

5. Accommodation

Accommodations are of good local standard. If any accommodation becomes inaccessible due to weather or other factors beyond the operator's control, alternative arrangements will be made, though compensation will not be provided for such changes.

6. Participant Requirements

Participants using their own motorcycles must ensure they are legally roadworthy in the countries visited and carry valid insurance. Proper protective gear (helmet, gloves, boots, etc.) is mandatory. Failure to meet safety standards may result in cancellation without refund. Participants must also be in good health and comply with any health or vaccination requirements of the respective countries.

7. Cancellation Terms

• If canceled more than 30 days before the rental start date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the rental start date are non-refundable.
