At Trails & Dust FZCO, a security deposit of AED 5,000 per motorcycle will be collected at the time of booking. This deposit is required for each individual motorcycle and cannot be consolidated or discounted for group bookings.

Please note that this deposit cannot be applied toward the rental fee.

Refund Process
The deposit will be held for up to 10 working days after the motorcycle is returned. It will be refunded via the original payment method, minus any applicable charges, such as traffic/police fines or damage recovery costs.

What the Deposit Covers
The deposit will be used to cover the following expenses during the rental period:

• Any toll fees incurred in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
• Traffic or police fines
• Damages to the motorcycle or third-party property caused during the rental period
• Any miscellaneous damage for which the renter is found to be at fault

In the event that tolls, fines, or damages exceed the deposit amount, Trails & Dust FZCO reserves the right to claim the additional amount from the renter.

Liability and Insurance
For total loss claims, the maximum renter liability is AED 25,000 unless full insurance coverage is selected. Our comprehensive insurance covers damages to the motorcycle and third-party property; however, it does not cover injuries to riders or passengers. We strongly recommend that all renters and passengers arrange their own travel and medical insurance.

In the event of an accident, a police report is required, and an AED 700 traffic fine will be applied. Damages to the motorcycle are not covered by insurance and will be deducted from your deposit.
