All sales are final and non-refundable.

However, you may cancel your tour or rental booking without penalty if done 30 days or more prior to the scheduled pick-up or tour date.

Additional Cancellation Terms:

• If canceled more than 30 days before the rental start date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the rental start date are non-refundable.

All refunds will be processed via bank or wire transfer.
